The Problem

High Footfall,
Poor Orientation

*

Science City attracts 100-500 daily visitors, but many struggle to understand what to explore, where to go next, and how to plan their visit efficiently.

*

As a result, visitors often get lost, feel time-constrained, and engage with only a fraction of available experiences, reducing overall engagement and satisfaction

*

Information is scattered across physical signages and offline touchpoints, increasing cognitive load—especially for first-time visitors and families

increasing the complexity of navigation, planning, and crowd flow
